SOCIETY GOALS

  The Georgian society of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine

 

 Combines about 150 physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, healthcare managers and healthcare providers of different fields of medicine. The main goals and priorities of our society are: creation of strong theoretical and practical basis for Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine in Georgia, promotion of progress in the specialty, CME, scientific researches, professional development and collaboration with official structures involved in Georgian healthcare.

 

Patient safety in anesthesia, EBA/ESA recomendations

 

 

Georgian Society of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine in collaboration with Jo Ann Medical Center and Georgian National Training Center of Anesthesiology and Reanimatology, in October 6-7 , has organized the international seminar - CEEA V and workshop in regional anesthesia “Basics Ultrasound-guided Nerve Blocks “- coordinated by Dr. Adela Onutu (Romania). In CEEA V course, among Georgian speakers, also were participated invited lecturers: Prof. Gabriel Gurman and Dr. Yelena Zeitlin (Israel). The president of European Society of Anesthesiology and Intensive care medicine – Dr. Zeev Goldik also attended this event. October 8-9 was held II International Congress of Georgian Society of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine.
